You spoke straight facts 💯👏🏽 my mother made her husband her whole world! It’s disheartening to see a woman lose herself. They have zero friends and stay on the phone all day long. It’s weird! I had begun to realize I was turning into her. My mother( however strained our relationship ) use to be a powerhouse growing up! She had soo many hobbies and creativity that her husband never did. NOW it’s like she’s just content with being the “ good wife “ I had to raise myself to be the strong woman I am today because seeing how she led her life was enough of an example of what I DONT want for myself.

I’m 32 and have been boy crazy since I was 13 years old I’ve had some great long-term relationships and some shitty ones and between all of them I still have yet to meet a partner I like enough to want to spend the rest of my life with and participate in marriage with or having a family. mind you I have never had a problem finding a man willing to date me. Never thought I’d get to a point in my life where I truly don’t desire a man’s company but here we are!

…oh my god. I’m tryna recall a time where I’ve seen/heard of woman on woman crime and it is like…negligible. Practically nonexistent by comparison. Obviously I know that men are violent and violent towards women, but I never considered the fact that women just…aren’t. (Always prepared for “well, actually…” responses: just because you’ve seen/heard of it before does not mean that it is significant statistically!!! “Not all men!” When I say “men are violent,” I mean statistically, not as a whole!!! I’m glad your dad/boyfriend/friend’s cousin is nice to you!!!!)
