What more do they actually want? There's a lot of emotion, but I'm yet to hear them come up with three clear reasonable demands they want added to the VGSA that their leadership and the left aligned activist groups would endorse. They mentioned school funding but it's not part of the vgsa so move on.

This strike is a joke. Ben should just come out and say, since they are not being specific, he will amend the offer and simply add "fair deal" to the VGSA and offer it back to the staff to vote.

This is great, but it means the government will now add to teacher shortages in Australia, and we will end up bringing in overseas teachers as skilled migrants. Just like shortages in police, nurses, and aged care, early childhood educators are filled by overseas staff; teaching will have more overseas fillings. Good job unions
