You have to rupture the cell walls so dhurrin and enzymes mix to test for prussic. they are stored seperately in the cell.

If you’re concerned about prussic acid, are you also concerned about nitrates? I really want to try a couple paddocks with some big growing warm seasons but TN weather is schizophrenic and so I’m always scared to try 😳😱😂
