That looks amazing! I like to make my roasted garlic into a paste and add it with the water in the initial mix. Then put more cloves in when I add inclusions!

Hey! I recently got a new fridge and it’s much more colder than my last one. I notice my loafs don’t second rise in 12 hours like they used to. They stay small and become very hard on the outer layer. Should I cold proof for 24 hours instead?
