Once again, it’s illegal to make a disturbance when towing a vehicle. The tow truck driver was wrong and could’ve went to jail for assault no matter how you feel about being behind on payments. Sometimes people finance cars and they have major repair issues out of the warranty phase. And paying those repairs may cause you to fall behind on payments after you done put $15,000-$20,000 into a vehicle. It’s messed up on both ends but shit happens. At the end of the day the vehicle is not the tow truck drivers property. He has no right to physically assault anyone or pepper spray them. That’s a crime and none of you care because of the race of the people.
