It was my mom. For the longest time, I thought being the eldest meant carrying everything on my own. I kept my fears, my exhaustion, and all the things that quietly broke me to myself. I convinced myself that asking for help would only make me a burden. Until one day, I couldn't carry the weight anymore. So I let her in. I didn't expect a miracle, but somehow, her words felt like the first light after a very long night. She didn't solve all my problems, but she reminded me that I didn't have to face them alone. And somehow, that was enough to help me find my way again. Looking back, I realized she had never stopped waiting for me. She was always there, like a light left on at home, quietly hoping I'd find my way back. If today I can see the world a little brighter, it's because she walked into my darkest moments and stayed until I could see the light again. Thank you umi🤍
