Best advice I ever got when playing any instrument. If you can’t play it fast, it’s most likely because you haven’t played it slow. So to everyone who’s learning… SLOW DOWN. there is no need to rush a learning process when it’s just you and your instrument. I understand you want to be in a position where you feel accomplished, but that only happens when you are patient enough with yourself to understand you haven’t reached that stage yet. Go slow, do what you can, and learn through time. You got this. All of you. And I’m proud to see you all trying.

Start by going as slow as you can. Get incredibly comfortable with each part of the music, so comfortable you could do it eyes closed and not mess up. Then just keep getting faster! That’s how I learn all my music

Just slow it down. Do it super slow for an entire week to get the muscle memory than faster the next week, faster the next week etc etc. you got it

slowwww down :) do it at half timing and get comfortable with the hammer ons and pull offs until you can do it consistently. Maine is a tough song but you’ve got this!!
