I literally feel like this everyday, I can’t even appreciate the achievements and milestones too. It’s like I’ve experienced becoming bigger than who I am right now so my current versions success to me is not enough. I don’t if this makes sense which stresses me out too.

Slow down and find happiness in smaller moments. I’ve always been like this, but with my wife I just want to absorb all the time with her. I still have the drive but you gotta focus on where you’re at when you’re there. Same with being at the gym, don’t think about trading, just enjoy the gym.
