Let’s rather say it like this: If the song is never truly completed (and they release it half done), it was never worth it. If the artist completes the song and gets it to the point where it is a reflection of an initial unconscious urge and idea, then to not release that is to me equivalent to destroying lives. Music is much more than just music and it cases it beckons to be heard, it is the responsibility of the artist to let it out, and no one will be able to stop that. Not even the artist.

i would say even if your not really happy with the outcome of your track, and your just starting out I would recommend getting better and better every other track.
