I have a strict rule of don’t snitch on me and I won’t snitch on you. I’m extremely petty..every job I’ve worked at I’ve taken photos and put in my notes what someone did and when, they in an album named “caught you slipping” for moments like that now you got an investigation while I’m getting scolded 🤣

was asking a co worker for advice on how to tell management that I need to cut some of my hours because of school ( college ) and she gave me advice. next day she asked me if I talked to management. I told her no im going to talk to my case manager at school first. day after that management texted me that they heard that I wanted to ask about my hours.... i told them that I am starting school next month ( in 2 weeks but dont start until 3 weeks after that ) so I will need to cut some of my hours and i dont really know what is going on right now so i will update them once I talk to my case manager. day AFTER that they texted me saying they are changing me to a PRN and day time.. ( i was 3rd shift ) and it wasnt promised that I would get called in either... they also said that it isnt fair to them that I told them so late and didnt say anything in the interview... the girl that interviewed me literally wanted ab how she couldn't cook ( im in college for culinary ) but her family can and this is a big achievement for me... it is also in my resume that I am starting college in the fall for culinary... the lady that interviewed me said I never said anything ab college. I tried to text management and reason with them giving them this paragraph about how I realky like my job and would like them to work with me because I loved my residents so much ( I was a caregiver ) and they left me on opened.. Fuck you K & H Group of Companies and fuck you izzieh and Traci and Janelle you 3 are cunts and need to pay attention to what your employees want. should of knew this job was gonna hurt after finding out over 7 people quit within the first 3 weeks of me working....
