Simple, it can fix all of this mess. That supervisor should have called down his officer for sticking his uniform up against the camera and not identifying. But he let him act that way in front of him. And the officer knew he could do that in front of his super and nothing would get done. The public would have more respect for cops who do their job and hold each other accountable.
