Problem is most doors are angled away or behind the wall so you can't do this. If you're lucky you'll have 1 maybe 2 doors that you can see it.

its either the killer or a teammate coming through a door. check what your teammates are doing on your hud and if a survivor is using a door (most of them wouldnt unless theyre a newer player, the doors are useless for survivors)

Also if he puts your down and you are laying in front of the security door he can’t pick you up, he will keep going in and out of the door, I discovered that on accident
