That’s the thing when it comes to mental health sometimes the people smiling the biggest are carrying the heaviest things I know may I’m mental health awareness month but honesty this topic shouldn’t ever be stopped talking about check on ur friends reach out to those who have been distant and be kinder than who u think you need to be beacuse you could be the reason someone decides to stay. #suicide #MentalHealth
