Ive had chronic sinus and ear issues and had mastoiditis randomly 2 years ago. My father also has chronic sinus issues. My father and his mother and aunts all have dementia. Thank you for saying your silly idea out loud because I WILL be looking into this 🙏 😳

Funny.... My mom was in the ICU, ventilated, tube fed and unresponsive, for weeks (late stage alzeimers) and the only "abnormal" thing they could pick up on scans was fluid and inflammation in the mastoid prrocess and one doctor suggested mastoidectemy. Another said it happens to us all as we age and it couldn't be that 😱
