Homemade Chocolate sticks🍫 | اعواد البسكوت بالشوكولاته would do you buy it or make it at home😂 Ingredients (37–40 sticks) | المكونات (٣٧–٤٠ قطعة) 90g unsalted butter — ٩٠ غ زبدة غير مملحة 40g powdered sugar — ٤٠ غ سكر بودرة 36g egg (room temperature) — ٣٦ غ بيض بحرارة الغرفة 160g cake flour — ١٦٠ غ طحين كيك 150g dark chocolate — ١٥٠ غ شوكولا داكنة Instructions | الطريقة Lightly cream the butter and powdered sugar together. اخفقي الزبدة مع السكر البودرة بخفة. Add the egg gradually, mixing well after each addition until combined. أضيفي البيض تدريجياً مع الخلط بعد كل إضافة حتى يتجانس الخليط. Sift in the cake flour and fold gently until a soft dough forms. أضيفي طحين الكيك المنخول وقلّبي بلطف حتى تتشكل عجينة ناعمة. Portion the dough into 8–9g pieces and roll or press into stick shapes. قسّمي العجينة إلى قطع بوزن ٨–٩ غ وشكّليها على شكل أصابع. Bake at 170°C for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden. اخبزيها على حرارة ١٧٠° لمدة ١٢–١٥ دقيقة حتى تصبح ذهبية خفيفة. Dip the cooled sticks into melted dark chocolate. اغمسي الأصابع بعد أن تبرد بالشوكولا الداكنة المذابة. Let them set at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate firms up. اتركيها حتى تتماسك الشوكولا بحرارة الغرفة أو في الثلاجة. #toomacooks #tiktokcookbook
