if you’re going into a STEM field i would highly recommend to not get any apple products because ive found myself and heard from others that many applications aren’t available on those but if you’re going into something other than STEM then anything apple shouldn’t be too bad!

Don't do a MacBook. I have one and it was not helpful at all and it heats up like crazy in the middle of lectures sounding like a damn plane lenova is amazing, my sister had one before she gave it away after she started working.

Ive had my Lenovo yoga for almost 3 years now, and its highkey going bad 😭 from the start of college it overheated fast and did the whirring noise loudly, and by now the battery drains so fast I charge it at night and when I opened it in the morning it was dead (and ofc it was right during finals week too!) so uh. yea maybe not that

Lenovo. My Lenovo broke mid class after less than a year of using. I couldn’t even turn it on. It just turned off by itself and when I tried charging it, it never worked again😭
