she's not completely wrong, but, a boxer with just that obviously won't win, what we can say is, a boxer (professional), has an elite strike, but don't change the fact they can't survive the grappling for example, so, if a boxer, with reasonable knowledge at grappling and all the things of MMA, has a chance, because their striking level is other level

leg kicks,body kicks,double leg,single leg,clinch and suplex or upper body throw of greco roman or judo throw. all those techniques will neutralize so called "good jab and good footwork".
