yes let's get strict on labor laws , employer's need to have more access to report employees to ccma ! if your a bad worker that gets drunk , stays off when you feel like it or walks out of a job with no notice then employer's should be able to report that to ccma so when workers run to ccma we don't get done in. there is no problem with paying minimum wages or adding incentives but we expect people to do what they employed to do and show up on time everyday. I'm not going to pay someone who wants to sit at home after 5 days of work then complains to ccma he never got paid in full . then you must waist a year up and down to resolve it
