🔌 Docking station I kept putting this off because of the price. Looking back, it probably changed my setup the most. One Thunderbolt cable now connects my monitor, webcam, keyboard, mouse, SSD, Stream Deck, and more. I went with the UGREEN Revodok Max 213 instead of a CalDigit because it fit my budget better while still giving me everything I needed. 🎛️ Stream Deck I honestly thought this was only for streamers. Turns out it’s one of my favorite productivity tools. I use it to control my lights, adjust monitor brightness, eject my SSD, empty the Trash, switch cameras, and put my Mac to sleep. Setting it up was much easier than I expected. 💡 BenQ ScreenBar Pro This one made a bigger difference than I expected. Since I work night shifts, having proper lighting helps reduce eye strain during long editing sessions. The auto-dimming and motion sensor are features I use every day without thinking about them. 🖱️ MX Master 4 Comfort became more important than specs. After hours of editing, this mouse is one of the reasons my hand doesn’t get tired as quickly. I also use Logi Options+ to customize buttons for different apps. 🌈 Bias lighting I originally added it because it looked nice, but now I keep it because it changes the whole mood of the workspace. Warm or white lighting for work, purple lighting when it’s time to relax or game. 🧹 Cable management I should’ve done this before buying more accessories. A clean cable setup made every upgrade after that feel much cleaner and easier to use. 🏁 Biggest lesson I’ve learned that a good desk setup isn’t about buying the most expensive gear. It’s about finding the upgrades that quietly make your everyday work better. What’s one desk upgrade you wish you bought sooner? #desksetup #workspace #workfromhome #techtok #productivityhacks
