I've been using these for a couple months. Not perfect, but takes the edge off. Unfortunately, the last one I removed, I didn't pull my skin taunt enough or go slow enough and I ripped some skin off. Now I can't wear them until the wound heals 🤦🏼♀️

Supposed to be seated when you put it on, knee bent not extended like that. However these are life savers, no rolling down bulky knee sleeves
