You find a good vet who will treat your feral “cat” with mange…there are vets who will overlook the species to help. (Yes, I KNOW it’s a possum) As a vet tech, we treated “cats” bc a vet’s first job is care and treatment of the animal. Talk to the staff and let them know you’d like to register him as a feral cat, but be honest about everything. They can inject him with a short-term drug that’ll allow them to get a skin scrape to diagnose which type of mange, he can get meds and a quick decoder bath before he wakes, back in his cage. Give him scrambled eggs and watermelon and he’ll warm up pretty quickly

Hi DVM here, you can use Revolution to treat mange! Get that baby some from a local pet store or even online pharmacy and in a few months, he'll be looking good
