Peppermint tea and add a sweatner to make it taste better. I had my gallbladder removed and they pumped me with gas and bloating can last a few weeks I am nearly 2 weeks post op and still bloated. If you are struggling with pain from the trapped gas use a heat pad/hot water bottle helps so much!

Good to know you’re ok. I know bloating and gas is uncomfortable but at least it’ll dissipate soon. Let us know about the doc’s appointment.

Go for a walk if you can as exercise will get the wind moving. Take peppermint capsules or windease as well as biscopan as that helps with the cramps
