@builtnotbought92: We built an emergency saltwater lamp using copper and steel coils inside a jar to power an LED light. We did it by suspending the metal coils in salt water, wiring them to an LED chip, and adding a simple switch to turn it on instantly. #DIY #Tips #lifehacks #idea
According to you, we could use the SEA for electricity??? (the sea is salty)

The saltwater acts as an electrolyte, allowing ions to flow, while two different metals (like zinc and copper) create a chemical reaction that generates an electric current. Steel works but not the best option

Ryan :
There should be two metals, one is more active and one is more nobel. Iron is active, zink is more active. Copper is a nobel metal, silver or gold r more nobel.
An exchange of ions and electrons will happen in the aqua solution, and if the salt has the same nobel metsl in, the reaction will be better and stronger, instead of NaCl, try CuCl2, or CuSO4.
