A little more Context for curius people, A witness called after seeing him Murder his taxidriver and said "A tall man in a black Jacket" Somehow police made it to "A tall black Man", if the police knew the right Hint they would have definitly caught him but since they searched for black man they let him go.

The thing is his grandfather was a police officer and could easily blend in and pretend that he's never seen the victims before. and the police didn't think to go back and find out who told them that? like, if I read in a letter by the killer himself that I talked to the killer, and he even told me something as specific as wrong directions, id be looking back at old names, reports or just in my memory to remember a face and name

my geography teacher was supposed to be his victim but he was born just a day later and fell into the wrong zodiac the people who were with him are the reason we have a police sketch he got letters for years after calling him the luckiest boy alive from what I remember after he moved from California to Idaho then like 5ish years ago he got another letter from where he lived the zodiac killer lives in Idaho
