I didn’t think this was considered wrong by anyone until my wife said you’ll have to stop taking a bath with her soon. I said I hadn’t realised it was even a moral issue. The wife said ‘if her friends at uni find out about it they might tease her’

I find it a bit inappropriate. You can play basket ball fully clothed from the outside of the bath and still share that fun moment/memory. Even I wouldn’t get in the bath with her now, maybe in a swimming costume but probably still wouldn’t, only when she was a new born.

Don't find this weird at all because oddly, my husband isnt a paedophile 🤷🏼♀️Bathing with your children isn't weird when they are small. I used to ask to get in my mams bath all of the time because it was fun. It naturally comes to an end and my daughter has so much fun playing in the bath with either of us. Its not done every bath time and sometimes it's just pure convenience. People who think all dads touch their children clearly have their own issues and probably need to see a therapist about their thoughts.

I used to get very negative opinions from female friends and even my wife (stepmom) about this. It was the most beautiful experience shared between us and it came to an end very naturally. My daughter is 27 now and is my very best friend. Unfortunately society assumes all men have a perverted side, many fathers will miss this innocence bonding experience

I’m a Mum and stopped trying to let my daughter see me around about 4 with clothes off. That being said, every time I go toilet or for a wash both kids seem to come in and won’t leave me in peace!!

I used to have a bath with my daughter when she was 3-4, but I always put on swimming trunks. Would never go in the bath naked!!!

My daughter is 5 and she would never see my husband naked..think that inappropriate! But my husband does have a bath with my daughter, however he always wears swim shorts.

I personally think it’s slightly odd but I don’t think it’s wrong and it’s good he’s teaching his daughter boundaries. But I never saw my dad naked even as a young child, but I would have baths with my mum up until I was probably about 4. I wouldn’t worry about what others think, it would only be weird or not right if she was 14 😅
