Im married with two kids. Just to let you know, it is amazing that you can wake up at 4 to stargazing bcs i wish i could do this too. We women should not rush but progress. Having child might be an achievement but having careers and carefree is achievement too. Don’t compare. As for women who choose to be a mother and raising family we are great in our own battle. I think people are missing the nuance in her message. She's not putting anyone down, she's merely pointing out the difference in what is different life phases or directions because it IS true, people her age are getting married and having kids. She's not and here's her life. Shes not saying it's better. It's just different! I think if you feel a certain way about it, maybe ask yourself if you think the life she's talking about is better than being married and having kids and maybe that's why you have a visceral reaction to it.
