all these people saying that rhe fryers dont get cleaned every night havr never worked in a kitchen with systems and standards. we empty, filter, magnesol oil every night, 3rd night it gets tossed. while the oil is filtering and the fryer is empty, that's when you clean it. and refill with filtered oil. I swear people think they know, and they have no idea... 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
