June 13th - Jaiquan Smith, 19 years old, was assaulted by 48 year old Officer MATHEW RODRIGUEZ, who had a history of unwarranted brutal physical abusive force. The lawsuit was filed against the abusive officer. The court ordered a $2,000.00 compensation to the victim. Ultimately, the officer was also fired. Unless, the officer's pension was denied and/or be charged with assault to serve time for his illegal behavior in the line of duty, then "HELL NO" it's not a fair.
