iron man's shield did not take damage it made power stones beam scatter also Thor got hit by full power beam which annihilated rocket and Groot but carol got hit by hand which's strength was amplified with power stone and also zombie Thanos was using infinity stones much effectively (without consequences with highest power) since stones could not hurt or damage him since he arleady was zombie
