@plutv.1: FORMER NRM PARLIAMENTARY CANDIDATES 2025–2026 FORUM The Former NRM Parliamentary Candidates 2025–2026 Forum is a platform that brings together all former parliamentary candidates who contested in the 2025–2026 electoral cycle. Membership includes former NRM flag bearers, as well as former independent and opposition candidates who are willing to join and support the National Resistance Movement (NRM). The Forum was established to promote unity, reconciliation, and continued political engagement under the NRM. It provides a platform for members to contribute to national development, strengthen grassroots mobilization, and support the Party's vision and programmes. The Forum is guided by H.E. Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President of the Republic of Uganda and National Chairman of the NRM. Our Patron is Gen. (Rtd.) Kahinda Otafiire, whose guidance provides strategic direction to the Forum. The Forum is chaired by Hon. Tugume Boniface, who oversees its activities and coordinates members across the country. The Forum also seeks to advocate for the welfare and empowerment of its members, promote party cohesion, and harness the experience, leadership, and grassroots networks of former candidates to strengthen the NRM and contribute to Uganda's socio-economic transformation.
