Who was in command of these two members because the Cpl should've been in charge if it was a section, if not Why did he chase himself instead of tasking his troops? Luitenant, your explanation is a sign of poor command and control, lack of leadership, lack of proper training, prunior coordination and planning and absent clear orders

Ministerial Board of Inquiry need to be conducted. 1. Was these members given orders before the OP. 2. Was the mandate of the operation explain to these members. 3. Was retraining done pertaining this type of operation and Objective. 4. Was reconnaissance done on the objective/target 5. Was the appropriate drills applied according to SA Infantry Operational Doctrine.
