Miss Sheri, what do you do when the damages exceed the incidental deposit? I haven't had that happen yet, but I would like to know what to do and I can't ask my own manager cause he taught me how the check-in system works and then left the continent for an extended vacation 😂🤣💖

Me personally after seeing so many cases like this at the front desk, would keep the deposit. Our damage / smoking fee is $500.

If that first one is the baseboard falling off that's a you problem. I can't really yell it's was so quick. The rest seem like you made a good call. Was the last one a leak? why would it be soft unless it was wet.

It is difficult to believe that headboard problem was caused by the guests, there had to have been an existing problem. Do the guests get an inspection sheet when checking in? Give them the deposit back.

This was a group so they all had the rooms on one card or if for work one business paying for it? What in the world and how can someone take off an entire headboard? That is crazy! A wannabe WWE player? 😂😂😂 The blankets you aren't the only one that has thought not just blankets. There are ppl that purposely shape blankets as a person. Its so wrong!

yeah I would keep the deposit. Smoke is so hard to get out. Seriously it lingers for so long it’s horrible and takes so much work to get it smelling good.
