I bought my 1st home at 30 and paid 3/4 of the deposit by 37 I was mortgage free. its not easy but it can be done. depends what your priorities are and i saved as much as I could. I didn't go above my means.

It’s all about income stability that your going to afford your mortgage they take everything into account your bank statements what you spend what you buy, it’s more to it

it's easy hun. all you need is a deposit lol don't matter which area. also interested rates are low for first time buyer's. I got my house at the age of 22. and you can pay the mortgage back 10 to 35 years.

It's 25 years repayment on a 2 bedroom will cost u at least 1,400 amonth u need to start small then once u lived a few years the value goes up tgen u sell and go bigger

not really for first time buyers its quite easy if u have good credit and a steady income. she is 40 plus that's why term matters also with bad credit criminal record etc
