Don’t let anyone tell you not to cry. My therapist and my sons’ grief counselor said show them real emotions so they know it’s ok to cry. And btw, even if you did fake it, they will sense it- proven fact. Sending you love light and praying for comfort.

Crazy people commenting not to cry. lol if only they knew. Cry. Please do cry. It will get better. Im raising my son we lost his dad last year in June. Hes 7 and it’s so hard not to cry in front of him. Cant help it sometimes. The tears just start flowing. You are human. Cant imagine what it would’ve been like if he was a baby. You are a blessing for them babies. What state are you located?

Telling someone not to grieve in front of children is like telling them not to grieve at all because children are 24/7 around the clock and so are your emotions. She's comforting the baby even know she needs a hug and those babies just want mama.
