It is absolutely devestating that we have to be doing this, but as we hit last resort time after time, this is still the highest chance of survival and success for these precious creatures. They have the best security and the best chances, but still in the remote wilderness, challenges and devestating outcomes still occur. Yes, it’s not what we all wish we had to do, but the utmost care is taken as we do this time after time. Even with all the outstanding and absolutely incredible work and care everyone is putting in, this war continues on. We managed to do many animals today but I didn’t film as I need to be hands on assisting in the field. However, these creatures will continue to live their wildest lives because of this.
