My delivery order sat in a driver‘s car for two hours, and y’all are really going to tell me it goes against policy to fully refund my order, when 99% was refrigerated and frozen items??? Ya’ll really made me go through line by line so you could decide what would or wouldn’t be refunded and that’s absolutely INSANE.
