I've played pretty much every FF and I genuinely do not get the hate for 16. Yeah, the action gameplay was different but the cinematics and storyline were fantastic

FF16 got so much hate because people's low end PCs couldn't handle it. Combat easily clears any of the modern FF games.

the only issue i had the game is it felt like it was trying too hard to be DMC. i have played so much of DMC that it kinda makes ff16 hard to play because the combat just isnt as good as it 😭✌ the story and everything is super dope i just wish they decided to get more creative with its combat. honestly i feel like ff7 remake should be the blueprint for final fantasy combat frkm here on out. its extremely unique. theres no game out there that does what ff7 remake does
