@simonplayschess: The legendary chaos of Karpov vs Korchnoi (1978) This World Championship match became famous not only for the chess, but for the insane psychological battles happening off the board. Korchnoi accused Dr. Vladimir Zukhar, a psychologist from Karpov’s team, of trying to influence him by staring at him during the games. Then came the iconic mirror sunglasses, the yogurt controversy, and even meditation/yoga practitioners supporting Korchnoi. My video is a parody inspired by these real events some details are exaggerated for comedy, but the story is based on one of the weirdest moments in chess history.
