Sold 2 items pretty fast for full price. The label thing is the WORST and needs fixed for thermal printers. One item was over 1 pound and I was told to ship it and Thredup covers the overage. That kinda feels scammy to me, so I hope they do something different in the future for items over 1 pound.

I tried it after your first video. I have about 13 items on there. I’ve received 4 offers, 3 were total lowballs. 1 was really good. I accepted it and then I guess it goes back to the buyer for them to complete and they never did. So, zero sales. 👎

I listed on there after your first video. I’ve sold one item so far. I was able to print my label on the thermal printer, but I think I had to rotate the label. I can’t remember for sure. I wish offers were binding though. I’ve had a few other offers that I accepted and they never paid.

I get direct deposit using the cash strip thing, it’s the other option besides PayPal. Also I can print on thermal labels, I have Jaden’s so not sure if that makes a difference. You do have to adjust the size because it’s really small but it’s an easy fix

Ugh I hate PayPal, I got hacked one evening I got a notification about a purchase at staples in CA, I’m in OH and it was a pickup order… I immediately started getting a TON of emails flooding my phone from random accounts I was all the sudden registered for… I was panicking. PayPal didn’t help, said it was legit even though I’m across the country! I called the staples and they confirmed there was an order there and cancelled it for me. But like, what the heck lol I deactivated my PayPal and now I’m afraid of it 🤣

I have a wireless rollo printer and the label prints fine, it looks like it won’t print on the preview on my phone but comes out perfectly sized. No need to screenshot and resize. My printer is 4 years old too!

I have found that if you have any items that typically do well on other platforms that are not eligible for earnings on ThredUp, this Is an opportunity for you to cash in! Judy Blue and Duluth Trading Co are both great brands with a following that are ineligible for payouts on ThredUp, yet they are quality high performing brands. You can direct list and keep all the profit and there is less competition because people don’t typically send it in since it’s one the ❌ list

I’ve sold 1 item on the direct listings. I’ve gotten offers, accepted them but they don’t pay like Depop so that’s annoying.

I just sold my first item right after watching your video! My thermal printer printed fine. On the preview it looked like I would be sized weird (like in the top left corner only). It printed out correctly though.
