I love me a NICU nurse. Yall are hero’s without capes. I’ve got 3 NICU babies. One 28wker (water broke at 18wks) my baby just so happened to survive. She’s 15! Second round of NICU my twin boys. A good NICU nurse is a God send in those NICU parent trenches. ♥️♥️♥️♥️💛💛💛

had a big chronic kid that we did a log roll to change his linen the other day and was like “damn is this what adult nursing feels like?” (also only did it cause we had everything already pretty much changed and I just didn’t feel like lifting 18 lbs atm)

I was thinking about this and there’s something about knowing the baby is like fresh and hasn’t even stepped foot outside of the hospital that makes it feel less mysterious and nasty. Bodily fluids from the outside? Who knows what’s going on in that. 😭
