you died no not the take a break and come back stronger kind of death not the motivational bounce back Instagram quote kind of death I'm talking about this spiritual expiration of everything soft naive obedient and small in you the death that doesn't come with flowers only silence isolation and eyes that no longer lie to themselves and for you that moment already happened quietly violently without applause that's why they don't recognize you anymore that's why you don't beg to be understood that's why you move like a ghost in the room present but untouchable you're not healing and the irony they're still talking to the old you the one that no longer exists so buckle up today we're not talking about survival we're talking about what happens after death when a chosen one comes back unapologetically awake and everyone who once had power over them now feels it slipping through their fingers let's get into it number one you didn't survive you transcended they think you made it through pain but you didn't just survive you crossed over you didn't recover you transcended there's a difference that person version of you didn't make it through suffocated under betrayal silence confusion and spiritual burnout and when it died something else took its place something they can't read can't predict and definitely can't control you don't even respond to the same triggers not because you're numb but because the person who would have reacted isn't here anymore I keep trying to provoke the old you but they don't realize that changed anymore it doesn't announce itself flips through the crack s right down places your coping mechanisms with silence it replaces your craving for validation with disgust for nonsense it replaces your softness with discernment that cuts through flattery and fake alliances you didn't just grow stronger you outgrew the dimension where your wounds used to matter people still speak to you like you're in that dimension they ask questions meant for a version of you that no longer answers they try guilt shame flattery gossip none of it sticks you don't even have the urge to explain anymore not because you're arrogant but because the tools of this world don't fit
