I love your moves and I promise you one thing if I hadn’t gone through all that I have I’d be up on my feet doing exactly this however you see how do I take this? I used to jog 14 miles every day rain snow ice didn’t matter and then well an injury happened. I tried for two years and every time every day, I would smack my face on the ground no joke so I don’t give up easy know that then the sixth time behind the wheel of a car I got rear ended by a man in a truck. Two weeks later rear ended by another man in a truck going through Physical Therapy turning into the hospital, got rear ended by another man in a truck. I borrowed his cell phone to call the physical therapist and said look out your windows. They go oh goodness you’re not coming here today. You’re going to the ER yeah that’s been my luck now fast-forward a few years and I get parked on and then at the knee on the balls of my feet to the pavement beneath the van. Yes now does it seem like I can do that movement in your honest opinion… My feet cramp just taking two steps.
