The doctor should be paid more due to his advanced abilities and the years it took to learn them, but that doesn't mean the janitor should be paid an unlivable wage, both jobs are essential parts of society and they keep things running, both should be paid above the minimum wage. What's insane to me is how footballers earn more money than neurosurgeons, footballers don't bring anything positive to society yet they are millionaires

No such thing as currency in a communist society. Also, that sentence feels very condescending. Janitors are just as important as doctors are and do a lot more than people give credit for.

If a society was classless people wouldn’t have the mindset to simply work for a job for the money, besides even today most doctors do it out of morality. I’ve never seen a lazy bum who only cares about money actually finish med school and become a doctor, those people believe they’ll become the top 0.001 percent of capitalism from crypto and stocks
