I'm missing commissions. A lot! It's not refundable. That shows differently. That shows no commission. These show I earned commission and it's not added in.

I know that refundable samples don’t show in your affiliate orders. I think it’s a glitch because mine shows 20 sold but only getting commission for 15 but all 20 orders are in my affiliate orders 🤷🏻‍♀️

Def not a glitch. TikTok did that auto update where it automatically purchases a product as a refundable sample on anything that it’s available on… unless you find the hidden button that tells you can turn the refundable sample off. 😭FYI: I believe it also negatively impacts your PPS score if you don’t fulfill your refundable samples. 😏

Having quite a few sales with no commission. When I ask I’m hearing the buyer goes through the link in my video, they dont purchase from my link but go to the brand page and purchase, I get credit for the gmv and no commission

It’s because the default is now a checked box next to refundable! Its so miniscule. Anyone who purchases must search for the box before check out & uncheck! Its crazy! Ive had to cancel orders cuz I missed that sneaky box & reorder then make sure to uncheck. This is not OK!

I average out about 100 in commsion a day in items clearing. This past week its been less than 10 a day clearing!! Im also missing about 10-13 items a day on my sales. On the main page it'll say one number and thr other itll say less. okay so this screenshot was of yesterday

The weird thing is refundable samples don’t show in affiliate orders usually, but my sales that aren’t showing commission on my dashboard are still showing commission in my affiliate orders.

Yes, I ordered something from another affiliates link meaning to order it out right not as a refundable and it marked it as refundable. A lot of people are saying this is happening and it’s taking away commission from us when another affiliate orders from our link and doesn’t see this little box that has been automatically checked.
