(in my experience) no apology or "sorry." = emotionally unavailable parent. "im so sorry. i only did it because ___. i understand that you ___ and that what i did was hurtful because ____. i love you." = either good childhood, or a child who was forced to mature too quickly. "im sorry x30" = angry parent. "im sorry, it wont happen again" *happens again* = unstable parent who switched mood swings often. "im sorry you feel that way" = narcissistic parent, or parent who spoiled their child
