@atr3yutik: I didn’t expect so many people to like this duo 😭 but I’m glad! Here’s more of Durin and Quinn’s silly adventures! Nothing like going to the market with your kid only to give them a midlife crisis about aging nd death only for them to unintentionally call you old as dirt. [LORE CONTEXT pt.1] It’s been almost two weeks since Durin accidentally stumbled upon the little orphan, Quinn. The kid had attached themself to his hip after chasing a group of other orphans away from a trash pile in a scavage for food. Durin had asked Quinn later how he didn’t fight back. The child had just shrugged. “Just the way things are, I guess.” Durin couldn’t say that he was surprised at the response, the kid seemed abnormally small for a dragonborne hatchling. He had felt bad and decided with a small good conscious part of his heart was to steal enough money to give the kid one proper meal at a bar before leaving to the next town over. He couldn’t stay in one place for long anyways these days. Durin had believed after that night the kid would wonder back off to the same alleyway that he had found him in. He was wrong. Now it seems like nothing could shake the kid off from his side. Durin had tried, multiple times. Now they walk through a market in a town where they seem more friendlier to strangers with scales just passing by. At least comfortable enough for Durin to be able to spend one night to rest without worrying over his or the kids safety. It looks at least with the market keepers warm smiles towards the kid and himself that no one would be trying to run them out of town for the day. #storyboard #fyp #dndoc #animatic #ocanimatic
