so imagine in 1985 during the rerelease you're three and seeing ET in the movies. you fall in love with ET. he gets ready to go on the ship and you scream out loud "DON'T GO ET! STAY HERE!" you're bawling your eyes out and your dad has to reassure you ET is going with his parents but you can't stop crying. that was me. it's 41 years later and I'm not sure I ever got over ET going home. instant tears every time I hear this magical music.
