@rancobeauty: Some opportunities leave a bigger impact than you ever expected. 🖤 Out of more than 2,200 applications, POV Beauty selected 50 creators for their very first influencer workshop, and I still can’t believe I was one of them. What I’ll remember most wasn’t just what I learned - it was the people. Mikayla created a space where everyone felt seen, encouraged, and genuinely supported. You could feel that her goal wasn’t to build a brand … it was to build a community. I also have to give flowers to her incredible team. As a Black woman, seeing so many talented Black women behind the scenes was something I’ll never forget. Representation matters, and yesterday was a beautiful reminder of what’s possible.
