Ny needs to stop converting small or medium sized studios or lofts into multi tiny bedrolls to up the price! What they don’t show you it’s still a walk up with stairs and only the elevator if there’s any is meant for fright or emergencies it’s not for daily use so you need to contact the manager if you need to move stuff or if you need it for something so you basically paying the price of a penthouse, but it’s no bigger than a typical studio apartment

Bro, that is in Spanish Harlem near public housing and there is work being done on 2nd ave subway because nowhere else are you find a 3bed for that price
