I had this same issue, I was told it’s PCOS, adenomyosis, and endo. NHS scans and drs couldn’t find an issue. I saw a private Gyne and he found a polyp which was benign and it was removed. I still have irregular periods, but I’m not bleeding months on end. Might be worth see a private gyne. I hope that helps. X
